Scope of Work
Basetec Services was engaged to construct and upgrade an existing SA Water sewerage pump station within Glenthorne National Park Ityamaiitpinna Yarta.
Basetec Services expertise included:
- Design and installation of a new SA Water approved switchboard for the existing sewer pumping station.
- Installation of an activated carbon odour control unit.
- Inspection and repair of drainage lines.
- Installation of plumbing infrastructure to ensure conformance of the pump station to SA Water specification including new water meters, RPZ, flow meters and water valves.
- Replacement of existing services covers.
- Installation of a spear top fence and vehicle access gate surrounding the pump station compound.
- Removal and off-site disposal of the existing vent stack, old switchboard, excess spoil and construction waste.
- Testing and commissioning of the new infrastructure.
